Books for Happiness Review: Buddhism For Mothers - Sarah Napthali


A kind mum in Mothers Group lent me this book when I was stressed out, not sleeping and neither was my son McEwan.  The simple, easy to do breathing and exercises are accessible to me all the time now. As a busy mum I don’t even need to find time out to do them; it’s just a part of day-to-day life being relaxed.
