I got this book
when I was 18 and doing my very first healing workshop. I have since turned to
it whenever I was suffering from an illness or ‘dis-ease’. The book has an A-Z list of ailments and the
emotion that is causing them. Many a time I’ve wondered ‘why do I have a sore
back right now?’ only to look at the book and go ‘A-ha, I’m feeling unloved, or
worried about money-depending on whether it was lower or upper back.
It’s always
been so spot-on and with a bit of a cry and some deep breaths most of my
ailments have passed easily, leaving me happy and relaxed. For chronic
illnesses the affirmations in this book are the way to go...
